Call 828.315.3186Frye Regional offers comprehensive rehabilitation and acute care for inpatients as well as outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy. In addition, we have a physical therapy office in Caldwell County specializing in orthopedic and sports injuries.
We provide highly experienced therapists, a specially trained rehabilitation physician (physiatrist) and specialized nurses that provide care in a family-oriented environment where individuals who have suffered an illness or injury have the opportunity to rebuild their lives and a higher level of function.

Our Programs
Our services are close to home for people throughout the Greater Hickory Metro Area, thus eliminating the inconvenience of overnight hotel stays or enduring long drives to hospitals out of the area.
Acute Care
Physical, occupational and speech therapists provide evaluations and treatments to patients within the hospital. Each patient is evaluated to determine an individual plan of care and any discharge needs they may have.

Coordinated Outpatient Services (COPS)
The COPS program is designed for individuals who have had a life-changing injury or illness resulting in functional limitations that need more than one therapy service. The program uses an interdisciplinary team approach for individuals who require rehabilitation in a structured setting. Occupational, physical and speech therapies are coordinated for clients enrolled in this program.

Frye Regional Piedmont Therapy
Frye Regional Piedmont Therapy is an outpatient therapy clinic offering a broad spectrum of physical, occupational and speech therapy services to the Caldwell County area. The team specializes in orthopedic or sports injury-related problems, neurologic and vestibular conditions, speech and swallowing conditions, lymphedema and Parkinson’s disease focused therapy.
